Mikaela Shiffrin skied two nearly perfect runs, and won a gold medal in slalom by a dominant margin. It was redemption for Shiffrin, who had not won an Olympic medal in eight years and has struggled with the mental side of the sport. NBC News’ Molly Hunter spoke to Shiffrin just after she won gold.
