Sixth-grader dies in rafting accident in the Poconos

A raft carrying 12-year-old Cesar Albarracin Guncay capsized and all five people on board fell into the water during an annual school field trip in the Poconos. Search and rescue teams swept the river and Guncay was found dead. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda has more on the tragic accident.
