San Francisco Mayor London Breed talks about how the city has been preparing for the APEC Summit which will host President Joe Biden and China’s Xi Jinping. Breed says the city is constantly cleaning streets and helping the homeless get shelter. She says it doesn’t just happen before APEC. Breed also talks about the fentanyl drug problem in the US, artificial intelligence and the return of “Dreamforce” to the city. She speaks to Bloomberg’s Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Technology.”
