Actor Selena Gomez and her mother Mandy Teefy are being accused of defrauding investors of their mental health startup, Wondermind, according to a federal lawsuit. The suit accuses the company and founders of falsely representing the company’s infrastructure and partnerships to investors. NBC News legal analyst Angela Cenedella explains.
