Anheuser Busch Inbev (BUD) said that is had completed an agreement to acquire its closet rival, SABMiller, for about $105 billion. The deal, reached after a month of negotiations, would create the world’s largest beer company with annual revenue of about $64 billion. SABMiller said it would sell its 58% stake in Miller Coors in the United States to its joint venture partner Molson Coors for about $12 billion to get regulatory approval of the buyout. New York’s Attorney General is telling fantasy sports sites DraftKings and FanDuel to stop taking entries in New York. Eric Schneiderman says they are gambling sites and not allowed to operate in the state. The fantasy sports companies contend their games are not gambling because they involve more skill than luck. Alibaba (BABA) has busted its ‘Singles Day’ sales record. Analysts believe the sales numbers, when all said and done, could exceed $13 billion.
