In the Ukrainian city of Uman, about 134 miles south of Kyiv, firefighters battled a raging blaze at a residential apartment building that had been struck on an upper floor by Russian cruise missiles. At least 10 people were killed, including two children, and nine were taken to a hospital, the regional governor said.
