The Rum Creek Fire in Oregon continues to burn growing to 11,000 acres with no containment. Officials are concerned a heat wave or potential wind gusts could multiply its size. A statewide emergency declaration is in effect. The blaze started with a lightning strike on Aug. 17 and claimed the life of firefighter Logan Taylor.
