RRsat Global Communications posted record quarterly revenue last week of $32.5 million, up 10.5% from last year, and CEO Avi Cohen expects the momentum at the content delivery company to continue. RRsat delivered the Superbowl globally across its network and it will also broadcast games from the 2014 World Cup. Cohen says the potential Time Warner/Comcast deal will not affect his business and he expects more distribution deals like the $12M agreement signed with an Asian partner last week.
