Google’s new Nexus 5 smartphone runs the latest version of Android, Kit Kat 4.4. The Nexus 5 features a 5-inch HD screen, 2 gigabytes of memory, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, an 8-megapixel camera, and weighs only 4.6 ounces. The smartphone also comes without bloatware, allowing for fast performance. TheStreet’s Gary Krakow loves the new Nexus 5 smartphone but has some questions about the design, including an awkwardly-placed volume control and power button and sub-par speakers.
