TheStreet’s Jim Cramer says he’s keeping his eye on two stocks Friday: Darden Restaurants and KB Home as they report quarterly results before the bell. Cramer says Darden is the single most levered to the price of gasoline which is coming down under $2. The company’s previous CEO told Cramer that gasoline prices are the swing factor with their customers and now prices are swinging in their direction. Cramer expects Darden to go higher. When it comes to KB Home, he says they are the opposite of Lennar so don’t take your cue from Lennar’s amazing quarter and think you should be in KB Home. Go with best of breed, he says, and those are Lennar and Toll Brothers.
