Panera Bread (PNRA) is dropping 150 artificial ingredients from its menu, as it responds to a consumer shift toward healthier food. It will remove the items from sandwiches, soups, salads and dressings but not soda. The change will take place by the end of 2016. Anadarko (APC) posted weaker than expected results. The oil and gas exploration and production company says production was strong but it, like other energy companies, was stung by the collapse in energy prices. Earnings are sizzling at Texas Roadhouse (TXRH). Sales jumped 16% in the quarter. The restaurant chain is looking toward expansion.
