Catriona Hatton, partner in charge of Baker Botts LLP’s Brussels office and co-chair of the firm’s global antitrust and competition law group, talks about regulatory and other issues companies should brace for after the U.K. leaves the European Union. From intellectual property to trade, companies need to be prepared and have a post-Brexit plan in place, although nobody “quite knows yet” what the U.K.’s final arrangement with the EU club will look like, similar to Y2K where “no one was quite sure what will happen.”
