Reflecting Pool turned green by algae

Despite President Trump’s multi-million dollar project to turn the DC Mall’s Reflecting Pool “American Flag Blue,” algae has left the landmark quite green. Efforts are underway to use new technology to clear the algae. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
