Chris Versace, fundamental analyst for TheStreet’s Trifecta Fund, discussed recent changes to the portfolio. The RF semiconductor company Qorvo (QRVO) was added to the fund, based on growth prospects in the smartphone and wireless business, according to Versace. He has a $72 price target on the stock. The company recently outlined plans to boost its operating margins to 32% to 35%, and Versace expects Wall Street analysts will be raising their earnings estimates for Qorvo. Versace also said that International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) was added to the bullpen. A bullpen stock is one that might be added to the fund at a later date. Versace said this is one of his favorite companies, and he would consider an entry level for the stock at around $112.
