Pouring rain grips much of the Northeast on Saturday

Heavy rainfall gripped much of the Northeast on Saturday. In New York City, officials mobilized resources ahead of the storm, with some areas still drying out after last week’s storm dumped a month’s worth of rain in a matter of hours. NBC News’ Kathy Park reports.
