Portland City Council member Jamie Dunphy reacted to the news that two people had been shot by federal agents in the city, and said that he expected residents to protest following the incident. “We have a clear pattern of disinformation coming out of the federal government,” Dunphy said as he urged people to take information coming from the government with a “grain of salt.”
