What started with a computer pop-up message led to a Vietnam War Veteran in Florida putting thousands of dollars of cash into a Bitcoin ATM. Criminals had tricked him into thinking his money was at risk of being stolen. Police found the man as he was loading in cash and convinced him to stop. The scam is part of a growing trend using Bitcoin ATMs. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.
