Police investigate sightings of people climbing out of Brooklyn manholes

The NYPD is investigating two incidents where groups of people were seen entering and exiting sewer manholes in two different locations. Security video captured a group of eight people entering one of the manholes around 1 a.m. WNBC’s Charles Watson reports.
