RealMoney Pro contributor Chris Versace explains what’s behind the increase in recent M&A and what companies stand to potentially lose out amid the activity. Versace says when it comes to the RF Micro Devices and TriQuint Semiconductor merger, companies like Anadigics and Peregrine Semiconductor could wind up losing out as a result of the deal.
