The state of Oregon and the city of Portland, Oregon, sued the Trump administration on Sunday in an attempt to stop troops from being deployed there. Within the lawsuit, the plaintiffs said Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth called 200 members of the Oregon National Guard into service “effective immediately.” NBC News’ Maya Eaglin has more.
