WTI oil prices are lower Wednesday after a larger-than-expected build in crude oil inventories. Independent Energy Trader Cindy Wexler tells TheStreet’s Joe Deaux the dip in oil prices could be worse, but a massive draw in distillates offset a further drop. Wexler also says President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address focused on natural gas and suggested a coming shift in the government’s energy policy, but she says greater natural gas infrastructure will be necessary to meet the president’s ambitions.
