Oil prices have fallen 15% since their August highs in spite of good global economic data. This is the first time in 5 years that oil has melted down while the stock market continues to rise higher, and this can be attributed to increased inventory from new shale plays. TheStreet’s Dan Dicker talks with Stephanie Link about the new disconnects in the oil market and how to play oil stocks.
