The battle over abortion rights is taking center stage in Ohio as activists are hoping to get an amendment on the ballet that would enshrine abortion access in the state. However, Republican legislators scheduled a special election in August to try and make it harder to amend the state constitution. NBC News’ Dasha Burns reports.
