Nearly one year after a container ship crashed into a support pier and brought down Baltimore’s Key Bridge, the NTSB says Maryland authorities failed for decades to assess the bridge’s vulnerability to a collision. NBC News’ Tom Costello reports the NTSB is now recommending 68 other bridges undergo urgent risk assessments, including the Golden Gate Bridge and the Brooklyn Bridge.
