For the first time, footage exclusively obtained by NBC News shows Sean Combs using a cell phone which is prohibited by federal law. NBC News spoke to four men who spent time with Combs in prison. Multiple sources say he’s paid thousands of dollars a month to other inmates to do tasks for him. NBC News’ Chloe Melas has the story.
