According to new ICE data obtained by NBC News, 120,000 out of the 185,000 immigrants arrested by ICE since October have committed no serious crimes. Videos from Southern California show farm workers, day laborers and street vendors being taken into custody. NBC News’ Jacob Soboroff reports.
