Mutual fund investors seeking a high yield with low volatility should consider the brand new Power Dividend Index Fund, says the fund’s portfolio manager Jeffrey Thompson. The fund uses an intermediate-term tactical overlay which positions it defensively or offensively depending on market developments and conditions. When the Fund is positioned defensively, its portfolio is invested in money market funds and other cash equivalents. This protects capital during equity market downturns, according to Thompson.
