The new unredacted details from the FTC’s amended complaint against Amazon provide new insight into the alleged scheme to enroll customers, unwittingly, in the company’s Prime program. Amazon says they have “always made it clear” for customers to sign up and cancel Prime. NBC News’ Miguel Almaguer reports.
