During a press conference following the arrest of Daniel Penny, attorneys for the family of Jordan Neely said they suggested that the Manhattan district attorney file murder charges instead of manslaughter charges. Penny is expected to be charged with manslaughter after holding Neely in a chokehold for several minutes on the New York subway.
