Tonight: Hurricane Isaias is gaining strength as the storm closes-in on the Gulf Coast. States of emergencies have been declared in Alabama and Florida. Plus, the FBI said it foiled a terror plot against the Mall of America by a suspect who pledged allegiance to ISIS. And more than three years ago, a 6-year-old student shot his teacher, Abigail Zwerner. She was hit in the hand and chest. New video now shows the disturbing moments that followed. Also, in Londonderry, a firefighter escaped a dangerous blaze while responding to a burning home. Video shows the first responder engulfed in fire as he bursts through the front door. We’ll have more on how he survived and the harrowing scene captured on camera. And in ‘Good News Tonight’ one man’s best friend of more than five decades flew in from Alabama to Chicago to surprise him at the end of his cancer treatment.
