The NBA announced on Tuesday it will ban Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life. Additionally, league commissioner Adam Silver stated Sterling would be fined $2.5 million. Silver also immediately recommended to the NBA Board of Governors that they force a sale of the Clippers and he would do everything in his power to ensure that happens.
