More than 20 tornadoes reported as tens of millions face severe weather threat

Severe weather swept across parts of the Plains and Midwest, with at least 22 tornadoes reported. The tornado outbreak caused widespread damage, and more severe weather was forecast for Wednesday. NBC News’ Priya Sridhar reports.
