Russian officials said more than a dozen people were killed in an attack by Ukraine on the Russian city of Belgorod. It comes a day after Kyiv and cities across Ukraine saw one of the biggest attacks by Russia since the war began. NBC News’ Meagan Fitzgerald reports.
