Meta, Facebook’s parent company, opened its first physical store on May 9 near its Reality Labs headquarters in California. The company hopes access to artificial reality and virtual reality hardware will get consumers excited about the metaverse. Meta’s Head of Meta Store Martin Gilliard spoke to Bloomberg’s Ed Ludlow about this new strategy.
