Dish Network (DISH) is said to be in talks to merge with T-Mobile U.S.A. (TMUS). A deal would combine the second largest satellite TV company with the 4th largest wireless carrier. Talks are reportedly in the early stages, and the companies did agree that Dish Chief Executive Charlie Ergen would be company’s Chairman and T-Mobile Chief Executive John Legere would be the combined company’s CEO. Five Below (FIVE) reported better than expected earnings as sales rose 22% in the quarter for the discount retailer. FireEye (FEYE) is working with Visa (V) on merchant cybersecurity. The companies will develop products and services that help merchants and card issuers detect and respond to attacks. The effort is meant to reduce cyber attacks focused on consumer payment information. In April, FireEye raised its full year sales outlook.
