Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., said in remarks on the Senate floor that he would not resign and declared his innocence in light of new allegations that he took payoffs to assist the government of Qatar. Menendez also addressed prior charges that he conspired to act as a foreign agent for Egypt.
