‘Master of Disguise’ thief arrested

Near Atlanta, the thief nicknamed the ‘master of disguise’ was finally caught. Tracy Daryl Mingo is accused of robbing 10 businesses between October 2025 and January of this year. Authorities say the suspect would dress in costumes to avoid being recognized. NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist has more.
