The Justice Department is far along in settlement talks with Dr. Larry Nassar’s victims, with the final amount likely to be close to $100 million, sources familiar with the talks tell NBC News. Nassar, the former national women’s gymnastics team doctor, is serving what amounts to a life sentence in prison. NBC News’ Anne Thompson reports.
