From airlines to gaming platforms to financial services, a long list of companies went dark for periods of time today amid a massive worldwide outage. The outage was traced back to Amazon’s cloud company, AWS. Amazon says they anticipate a “full recovery” soon. NBC News’ Brian Cheung reports.
