Markets gain on solid earnings from retailer Macy’s, which moved J.C. Penney & Nordstrom higher. The Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P 500 all finished higher on Wednesday. Seaport Securites’ Jason Weisberg thinks that the move higher is based on a lack of economic data, allowing traders to focus on earnings.
