The March U.S. autos sales report will be released on Tuesday revealing whether unusually harsh weather remains a drag on the market as it was in January and February. Consumers are likely to be the real winners in all of this as incentives for March were the highest they’ve been since 2010. Averaging around $3,700 for General Motors, $3,300 for Chrysler and $3,200 for Ford.
