Mandatory curfew in place as Delaney Hall protests continue

The mayor of Newark, New Jersey implemented a curfew around Delaney Hall the facilities where ICE is detaining immigrants before deportation. The protests were sparked after advocates and attorney with clients inside said conditions were unsanitary and food was spoiled. NBC News’ Julie Ainsley reports.
