A Florida medical examiner said 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala died of multiple blunt impact injuries after going on the Stardust Racers ride at Epic Universal theme park. Park officials said Zavala became unresponsive while riding the coaster. Epic Universe and NBC News share the same parent company, NBCUniversal.
