Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem says TSA will no longer require travelers to remove their shoes when they go through airport security checkpoints. TSA first implemented the no shoes policy almost 20 years ago. Noem says TSA procedures and checkpoints have improved. NBC News’ Tom Costello has the story.
