After months of volatility across the markets, TheStreet’s Scott Gamm sat down with Liz Ann Sonders, chief investment strategist at Charles Schwab to discuss what sectors investors should be watching and when the Federal Reserve will hike short-term interest rates. Sonders also comments on her outlook for the second quarter and the rest of 2015, amid multiple worrisome conditions throughout the markets.
