Stable Diffusion, Midjourney and Deviant Art are getting sued. The first Lawsuit against AI. Or better said, the first Lawsuite that looks into the copyright situation of images being used to train the Models of Midjourney and Stable Diffusion. Sarah Andersen, Kelly McKernan and Karla Ortiz are the plaintiffs in this case. This is a very important Step to create Image AI technology for the future and set the rules on which this technological Revolution will be build. There is no stopping AI. This can only be good for us. The AI Art community is getting it’s first solid fundament and base to stand on. Let’s get out the popcorn and see what’s going to happen.
