European and Asian markets slide back on a worries over the Chinese economy, Greek debt, and the European Union’s relationships with both Athens and London. But the Eurozone economy grew faster in the first quarter than either Britain or the United States. British technology company Oxford Instruments blames falling profits on difficulties in Russia and Japan. KKR barks happily as it sells a $440 million stake in Pet accessories and grooming retailer Pets At Home. But Europe’s largest bank, HSBC Holdings, doesn’t move the market with plans to cut jobs and costs. The key question of a move to Asia remains open.
