King Digital Entertainment has released further details on its upcoming IPO in an SEC filing Wednesday. The maker of addictive app Candy Crush hopes to list on the NYSE under “KING” and expects to price its 22-million share offering at $21 to $24 per share, raising up to $533 million. The pricing puts the company’s valuation at around $7.6 billion. But will it succeed or flop? Currently, top-ranking Candy Crush generates around three-quarters of King’s revenue. Can King do it again?
