A California judge has rejected all but one request for new DNA testing in the case of Scott Peterson, who was convicted in 2004 of the murder of his wife Laci and unborn son. His case was taken on by the Los Angeles Innocence Project, who argued that several pieces of evidence were suppressed in the original trial.
