Nonfarm payrolls came in at 204,000 while the unemployment rate rose to 7.3% in October despite the government shutdown. Moody’s Ben Garber and Wells Fargo Private Bank’s Darrell Cronk analyse the shocking surge in payrolls, and the uptick in unemployment.
